The things I've done

...I've often thought about the crazy things there is to do in life and whether good or bad I've done quite a few of them. Well, in two days I'm gonna do something that seems crazy to a lot of people...I'm going ask my girlfriend to marry me.

Let that one sit in for a minute.

Now for those of you that have known me for a while just take a second and think of the most outrageous stuff you've seen me do. I got at least 3 occasions that would make you wonder how I lived this long. But to be perfectly honest with you, I'm having the exhilarating rush I've heard about right before you jump of a plane. However, I'm not afraid. Now that doesn't mean I'm jumping out of a plane anytime soon or ever. But I've definitely got the willingness, the reason, the inspiration, the love, and the right woman to jump into this moment.

Anyway, I'm leaving tomorrow headed for Orlando. My mother is coming with me so that's why I have to keep it a secret. I told Amber when I do ask her to marry me I want at least my mom to be there since I want to do it in front of family. So if she knows my mom is coming then she will think something is up. Also, I am going to Louis Vuitton at the Mall of Millennium to pick up a purse box because I have her believing I got a a Louis Vuitton purse. By the way, please believe I would NEVER by a $1400 purse for a woman that is not my wife. But I know she won't complain about this engagement ring that is going to be in the box.

Now here is my problem. I'm not nervous about asking, but...I have no clue what I'm going to say. I'm not trying to force a special moment but I would like for it to be memorable. Something that we can tell our kids one day. However, today I have no clue. I'm gonna pray about it and leave it in God's hands.

So with that being said, I really need to get my things together and get ready to go. I got ten bucks that says we don't leave on time.
